Antonio G. Jimenez, Esq. — Founder & CEO of Nomagentis Labs

Antonio G. Jimenez, Esq.

Founder, CEO & AI Legal Architect

Antonio G. Jimenez is the founder, chief executive, and AI legal architect behind Nomagentis Labs, Inc.—a Delaware-incorporated legal technology holding company—and the creator of Victoria, the first AI agent purpose-trained for family law.

After two decades in the trenches of family law—25+ jury trials as a Miami-Dade prosecutor, a private practice spanning complex divorce, custody, and financial litigation across Florida, and an AV® Preeminent rating from Martindale-Hubbell—Antonio understood the practice at a level no software engineer could. He also understood it was breaking: six-figure staffing overhead, manual document review, fragmented case management, and clients priced out of meaningful representation.

In early 2023 Antonio began integrating AI into his practice—but the limitations were immediate. Every session meant re-explaining the same case facts from scratch, and uploading confidential client documents and financial records to general-purpose AI tools was out of the question. Sensitive discovery, account statements, custody evaluations—none of it belonged on a platform that wasn't built for attorney-client privilege. He needed a secured environment purpose-built for legal work.

By mid-2024 the real vision took shape: what if AI lived inside the case management system from day one—absorbing every filing, every discovery response, every financial disclosure from the moment a case opened? When it came time to draft a motion or map out trial strategy, the AI would already know the case intimately—no re-explaining the facts, no uploading documents after the fact. Train that same AI on the statutes, case law, and rules of procedure, and a solo practitioner would have a partner capable of elevating the quality of litigation itself. That vision became Victoria—and Victoria became the reason Divorce.law exists.

Victoria became the core of Divorce.law, Nomagentis Labs' flagship SaaS platform—a full-stack AI operating system for family law practice. Victoria handles client intake, document analysis, financial forensics, and drafting. Alongside her, CaseMind—a proprietary persistent memory architecture Antonio designed—gives the AI contextual awareness across the entire lifecycle of a case. In real-world testing, the system analyzed over 350 documents in minutes and identified undisclosed income that manual review had missed. A complete uncontested divorce package runs at $1.81 in AI usage costs.

Antonio doesn't just sell the platform. He runs his entire practice on it as managing attorney of Divorce Law PLLC. As “Customer Zero,” every feature ships because he needed it on a live case first. Victoria wasn't built by engineers guessing what lawyers need—she was built by a lawyer who already knew.
